The central building on Tenuta Tredici Ulivi is the totally restored farmhouse from 1870. This building served as the home for two families who were employed by a landowner. We brought the building back in an original state, using the original materials of the house and so preserving the beautiful character of the building, as it should be...
At Tenuta Tredici Ulivi we rent different types of accommodation.
Apartment 'Il Fagiano'
The apartment is located in the beautifully restored central building 'Casa Tredici Ulivi'. It has its own entrance via an authentic footbridge. It is spacious and the high ceilings give a great sense of space. Everything was completely rebuilt in 2007: the living, the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The apartment has all rooms equipped with individual air conditioning and heating, and can therefore be rent throughout the whole year.Description and equipment of the apartment

Chalet 'La Baita'
In the coming winter (2011/2012) we are going to prepare our wooden chalet accommodation for rent. The chalet is entirely made of wood, about 5x6m in size, furnished with a living area with kitchenette, a bathroom (with toilet, sink and shower) and two bedrooms (one with bunkbeds and a one with a doublebed). It has hot and cold running water. Furthermore, there is plenty of space around the chalet with views over the olivetrees and the fields around it. If you would like to come with more that 4 persons we will place an igloo sleeping-tent including air mattresses near the chalet.
Equipped 5x5tent 'Family'
On an upper terrace on our property we have put two beautiful 5x5 Family Tents. We rent these tents in the period from June till October. The tents are fully furnished and equipped. The tent has a sleeping compartment, consisting of three separate rooms/parts. There are beds with mattresses for four people. For the 5th and 6th person there is an free igloo-tent for 2 children available, including air mattresses. If desired, you can rent linens, comprising: 1 bottom sheet, 1 top sheet and a pillowsleeve. These are for rent per person per week.
Luxury lodgetent 'Tendi'
On our estate we rent 8 luxurious Tendi Lodgetents. The tents are spacious and with a nice open view over the estate. The tents are 7x5 meters in size, including an outdoor covered terrace. The tent is build on a sturdy wooden floor and the front is an entirely open for a wonderfully free feeling of space. The tents are modern furnished with a doublebed-boxspring, bunkbeds for the children, a large separation / storagecloset, a kitchenette with fridge, 4 burner stove, coffee maker and all other the equipment you need to prepare meals and to eat. Furthermore, each tent has a long dining table with bench and chairs, 2 adjustable armchairs, a large portable umbrella, a basket with little toys for children and a barbecue.
